When the following tasks have been completed on the indicated setting the corresponding skin becomes unlocked in Multiplayer mode.

Select the ‘Modify Game’ option at the ‘Main’ menu and then go to ‘Extras’ and enter the following codes to activate the corresponding feature in the game. When these codes have been enabled you will not be able to save the game.
