Supertrain:
At the ‘Main’ menu press Ctrl + Alt and repeatedly left click in the top left corner of the map. If done correctly the confirmation message ‘Supertrain’ will appear on the screen. This may have to be done several times before it works.

When you complete the following missions on the indicated difficulty setting the corresponding plane will become unlocked unless they are on Pilot or Ace difficulties which will also require the Bonus Objective to be completed before they become available.

At the console type ’spawn X’ (without the quotes and replace X with the corresponding character type) to spawn that character. For example, to spawn an Assassin, type ’spawn enemies_ak_assassin’. Specific enemies can only be spawned into the current level if they already appear somewhere in the level.
